3. Return B2C

3.1 Return period

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own. However, be aware that the carrier must offer delivery to business addresses.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

3.2 Return fee

For all return cases, a stock handling fee of 10% of the total value of the order will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.3 Notice of return

If you wish to return an order, you must notify Cleans via email at return@cleans.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of cancellation and send the information related to the order in question.

3.4 Examination of returns

It is up to Cleans ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested/used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

3.5 Refund of returns

Once the return has been received and approved for examination, Cleans ApS initiates a refund. The money will be refunded to the same card/account that the customer used to purchase the order. The refund is returned to the customer's account typically within 14 banking days, but it may take longer depending on the processing process and bank.

3.6 Return of logo mats

Please note that Cleans ApS does not accept returns on logo mats as these types of mats are specially manufactured and therefore cannot be resold.

4. Right of complaint B2C

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right of complaint on the product range. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Cleans ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 30 days is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You contact us via email: return@cleans.dk

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use/application of the product or by incorrect maintenance. You can read our matting maintenance guide here.

Cleans ApS does not cover the return costs. And we do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery which will therefore be returned to the sender at our own expense.
